I'd like to share a type of meditation I do in while in the shower. I usually do this when I feel that I don't have much time in the day to do this.
Close your eyes. If your comfortable enough immerse yourself in the water under the shower head. If not then cup your hands so that you can catch water and lather it on your body like its lotion. Imagine the water purifying the negative energies that are on your body. As the water purifies your body it starts growing into a white film-like shield which shields your body from negative energies and evil spirits(along with anything else negative of course). Imagine that anything negative cannot touch you because your shield protects you and throws the negativity back. Now focus on the sound of the water and keep your breathing normal. Then count backwards from three in your head..3...2...1...Open your eyes and your done.
Has anyone ever done a meditation similar to this one?

Meh... that is a good type of meditation.... exspecial for a growing empath... it never hurts, just make sure you keep up with zen meditation....

Yeah once you get good at the basic and zen meditation types.. other ones will become a lot easier! if you can get good at zen meditation, it is a good way of calming down or reliving stress. Also i use meditation as a sleep substation sometimes its weird.. i go into such a deep state of meditation that i come out feeling amazing and not tired at all.. its weird.

Hmm I wonder how meditation can be used like that..as a sleep substitution...Makes me want to study how the body works lol

well when you reach a true state of zen, your body is so relaxed and your mind is free of all stress. It is very relaxing... although i don't think most doctors, or scientists would agree that meditation would work that way..

Of course they wouldn't...Their jobs would be useless...Seriously lol. Combine Zen,Reiki, and other stuff together and you most likely won't ever need a doctor ever again.

well doctors are still necessary.... i would have lost my life a few times it it was not for, my ash's uncle! who happens to be a amazing doctor! meditation can help prevent sickness though, and what not
